Taxi Way

The “Taxi Way” is a unique feature of our location “The Aircraft at Burghof”. This area is inspired by taxiways at airports, i.e. the runways that lead from the runways to the apron. Normally, these lanes are marked with blue lights on both sides, but our Taxi Way can be “illuminated” in any desired color to give your event a unique and individual touch. The Taxi Way is ideal for a champagne reception, where you can greet your guests in an unmistakable atmosphere. It has a capacity for up to 120 people and therefore offers enough space for a relaxed and stylish reception.

Check-In

In the check-in area of “The Aircraft at Burghof”, your guests can immediately immerse themselves in the thematic atmosphere of the event. The area is decorated with original aircraft parts and has monitors on which you can view movies, presentations, and graphics.

LED lighting can be adapted to your specific color scheme to create the desired atmosphere. With a capacity for up to 40 people, this room is the perfect way to welcome your guests and get them in the mood for the upcoming event.

The cloakroom has enough space to store your guests' jackets and coats, which provides additional comfort during the event.

With its unique aircraft design and original aircraft parts, it creates an impressive atmosphere for your event. The capacity of the room can be adjusted depending on the seating arrangement to meet your needs.

In “The Cabin”, up to 152 people can be seated in original aircraft seats. This seating is ideal for presentations and lectures. You can use the latest technology, such as the LED wall on stage, to display logos and color games. With our full HD video data projector and integrated HD displays in the side walls, your presentation will be a real highlight.

“The Cabin” can accommodate up to 180 people with conference chairs. This room is ideal for meetings and conferences, which require a professional atmosphere. You can benefit from our high-performance sound system, sound mixer and digital audio signal processing to ensure optimal sound quality. The AMX system allows you to seamlessly control your presentations.

Parliamentary seating

For training and workshops, “The Cabin” offers space for up to 114 people at conference tables. The rooms are furnished with tables that provide integrated power outlets. This allows your participants to conveniently use their electronic devices. The individually adjustable LED lighting creates the right atmosphere for your event.

Our event spaces are equipped with high-quality projectors (e.g. Epson EB-L1755U, 15,000 lumens) and screens (up to 6 x 4 meters), which enable brilliant images and presentations. A professional sound system (e.g. Kling & Freitag SEQUENZA 5) ensures excellent sound in all areas. Microphones in various designs (e.g. Shure ULX-D wireless systems, headsets and handheld microphones) are available for speeches and presentations.

    • From east/west: A3, exit Musterstadt-Ost, B45 towards Musterstadt, turnoff Gewerbegebiet Burghof, follow signs for “Aircraft at Burghof”
  • How to get there by public transport:
    • From Musterstadt main station: bus line XY towards Gewerbegebiet Burghof, stop “Aircraft at Burghof” (approx. 20 minutes travel time)
    • From Frankfurt am Main airport: S-Bahn line S8 or S9 towards Musterstadt main station, change to bus line XY (approx. 45 minutes travel time)
  • parking spaces:
