FREDENHAGEN impresses with two individually separable halls: “Alter Stahlbau” and “Neuer Stahlbau”. These halls retain the historic and industrial charm of this remarkable building. The rustic atmosphere and cozy atmosphere, created by details such as asphalt flooring in the old steel building and semi-rigid flooring in the new steel structure, make these venues unique in Frankfurt.
The main area that”Old steel construction“, is a former production hall that looks authentic and strong as a large backdrop due to its impressive room depth, heavy load cranes, roller shutters and visible plumbing and heating installations. It can accommodate up to 2,800 people and has 2,800 square meters of event space.
The adjacent”New steel construction“offers additional space for up to 1,400 people and adds a further 1,600 square meters. Both halls can be booked separately or together, depending on the size and nature of your event. In addition, we have an extensive outdoor area with green space, which can accommodate up to 3,600 guests.

This hall can accommodate up to 1,400 people in row seating, 1,100 people in parliamentary seating and 2,800 people at a reception. The industrial atmosphere is underlined by integrated heavy-duty cranes, shutters and visible pipes, making them ideal for large corporate events and trade fairs.
The “New Steel Building” Hall complements the Old Steel Building with an area of 1,600 square meters and a height of 8.9 meters. It can accommodate 1,000 people in row seating, 450 people in parliamentary seating and 1,400 people at a reception. This hall can be used separately or combined with the old steel building to make larger events possible.
The spacious outdoor area of 3,000 square meters offers space for up to 3,600 people and is ideal for outdoor events, summer parties and company parties.
